Pauls Quality Butchers

At the age of thirteen, young Paul worked part time in this very same shop and realized there was only one career he wanted to do - he never thought that only a few years later he would be the proud owner of the shop.

Paul's Quality Butchers manufactures a variety of award winning products, including our world famous steak pies and sausages.

Paul prides himself on the reputation his business has for excellent customer care, quality produce and locally sourced meats and knows his staff - Brian, Martin, Patrick, Natalie, Neil, Scott, Frances, Jeda, Danelle, Alan and now also John his eldest son have all played a major role in acheiving such a prestige standard.

The long term vision is for the brand of Paul's Quality Butchers to be a household name in Scotland . At the heart of the Paul's Quality Butchers model is the importance of servicing the local community. Believing strongly in supporting local businesses he will aim to purchase virtually all his meat direct from local farms.

Paul is extremely proud that he is now in a position to be able to give something back to the town and in addition to sponsoring the local boys' football teams he is also a business mentor for his local primary school, which his 3 sons have all attended and eldest daughter still attend with his youngest to follow. He also speaks regularly at PSYBT events in the hope of inspiring other young people to follow his example and consider self employment.
