Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

  1. Lean beef cut into strips (Fillet or rump)
  2. Dark soya sauce
  3. Preffered shredded vegatables (peppers/omions/beansprouts/cabbage/sliced mushrooms)
  4. Finely chopped Chillies (preferred chillies for hotness)
  5. Fresh stir fry noodles
  6. Oil
  7. Pepper


Method

  1. Add oil to wok or frying pan and heat
  2. Add finely chopped chillies then add beef (seasoned with pepper)
  3. Quickly toss around frying pan
  4. Add soya sauce
  5. Add veg and toss quickly
  6. Add stir fry noodles and quickly toss
  7. Cook for a further 2 mins then serve
