Beef Stir Fry
Ingredients
- Lean beef cut into strips (Fillet or rump)
- Dark soya sauce
- Preffered shredded vegatables (peppers/omions/beansprouts/cabbage/sliced mushrooms)
- Finely chopped Chillies (preferred chillies for hotness)
- Fresh stir fry noodles
- Oil
- Pepper
Method
- Add oil to wok or frying pan and heat
- Add finely chopped chillies then add beef (seasoned with pepper)
- Quickly toss around frying pan
- Add soya sauce
- Add veg and toss quickly
- Add stir fry noodles and quickly toss
- Cook for a further 2 mins then serve
