Black Pudding Mash


Ingredients

  1. 2 - 3 preferred mashing potatoes
  2. 200g Pauls Quality Butchers black pudding
  3. 2 tablespoons of double cream
  4. Butter - add to taste
  5. Salt and black pepper

 

Method

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut each into 4 equal sized pieces and boil in salted water until soft (test with a fork after 15 mins)
  2. Drain the water away
  3. Put in black pudding in microwave for 30 seconds (to pre heat)
  4. Mash the spuds adding butter, cream, salt and pepper and stir well
  5. Add the cooked black pudding and serve hot

Serve with pork medallions and mustard sauce for the perfect treat.
