Haggis Mash
Ingredients
- 2 - 3 preferred mashing potatoes
- 200g Pauls Quality Butchers Haggis
- 2 tablespoons of double cream
- Butter - add to taste
- Salt and black pepper
Method
- Peel the potatoes, cut each into 4 equal sized pieces and boil in salted water until soft (test with a fork after 15 mins)
- Drain the water away
- Put the Haggis in microwave for 30 seconds (to pre heat)
- Mash the spuds adding butter, cream, salt and pepper and stir well
- Add the cooked Haggis and serve hot
Perfect with chicken and Diane sauce
