Balmoral Sauce

For use withChicken, Beef or Pork


Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon of whisky
  • 1/4 Pint of demi glaze( listed on website)
  • 1/4 Pint of DOUBLE CREAM(OR A LOW FAT ALTERNATIVE)
  • 2oz of haggis


Method


  • Heat a pan and add the whisky and flame 
  • Add the demi glaze and cream, then bring to a simmer
  • Stir in the haggis
