Balmoral Sauce
For use withChicken, Beef or Pork
Ingredients

1 Tablespoon of whisky

1/4 Pint of demi glaze( listed on website)

1/4 Pint of DOUBLE CREAM(OR A LOW FAT ALTERNATIVE)

2oz of haggis
Method
-
Heat a pan and add the whisky and flame
-
Add the demi glaze and cream, then bring to a simmer
-
Stir in the haggis
