Beetroot and Horseradish Sauce
For use with Beef, Game, Chichen and Pork
Ingredients
- 2 Beetroots cooked and pureed
- 2 Tablespoons of horseradish sauce
- 1/2 Pint of crem(or low fat alternative)
- 25mls of sherry
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a pan and simmer gently
- Season to taste
