Beetroot and Horseradish Sauce

For use with Beef, Game, Chichen and Pork

Ingredients

  • 2 Beetroots cooked and pureed
  • 2 Tablespoons of horseradish sauce
  • 1/2 Pint of crem(or low fat alternative)
  • 25mls of sherry

Method

  • Add all the ingredients to a pan and simmer gently
  • Season to taste
