Cajun Sauce
For use with Chicken, Fish, Pork, Beef or Vegetarian Dishes
Ingredients
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1/2 pepper sliced
- 1 teaspoon cajun spices (more if you like it hot)
- 1/4 pint cream
- 1/4 tomato concasse (listed on our website)
Method
- Add the onions and peppers to a pan and cook for a few minutes
- Add the cajun spices and cook for 30 seconds
- Add the cream and concasse
- Season to taste
