Cajun Sauce

For use with Chicken, Fish, Pork, Beef or Vegetarian Dishes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1/2 pepper sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cajun spices (more if you like it hot)
  • 1/4 pint cream
  • 1/4 tomato concasse (listed on our website)

Method

  • Add the onions and peppers to a pan and cook for a few minutes
  • Add the cajun spices and cook for 30 seconds
  • Add the cream and concasse
  • Season to taste
