Chasseur Sauce

For use withChicken Pork Beef or LAMB

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Pint of white wine
  • 1/4 Pint of tomato concasse(which is listed on website)
  • 1/4 Pint of demi glaze
  • 6 mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Teaspoon of chopped parsley

Method

  • Add a little oil to a pan and cook the mushrooms
  • Add the wine and reduce by half
  • Add the concasse and demi galze
  • Add the parsley and season ir required
