Chinese Curry Sauce

  • Ingredients
  • 1 Teaspoon of chinese 5 spice
  • 1 Teaspoon of medium crry powder
  • 1/2 Pint of chicken or veg stock
  • 2 Tablespoons of corn flour mixed with a little water
  • 1 Tablespoon of dark soy sauce
  • 1 Large onion roughly chopped
  • 1 Clove og garlic chopped

Method

  • Add a little oil to a pan then add the curry powder and 5 spice and cook for a few minutes
  • Add the stock and soy sauce and bring to the boil
  • Thicken with the corn flour
  • Add the roughly chopped onion to finish
