Chinese Curry Sauce
- Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon of chinese 5 spice
- 1 Teaspoon of medium crry powder
- 1/2 Pint of chicken or veg stock
- 2 Tablespoons of corn flour mixed with a little water
- 1 Tablespoon of dark soy sauce
- 1 Large onion roughly chopped
- 1 Clove og garlic chopped
Method
- Add a little oil to a pan then add the curry powder and 5 spice and cook for a few minutes
- Add the stock and soy sauce and bring to the boil
- Thicken with the corn flour
- Add the roughly chopped onion to finish
