Mustard Sauce


Ingredients

  1. Salt & Pepper
  2. Sliced Onions
  3. Sliced mushrooms
  4. Wholegrain mustard
  5. Double Cream
  6. Oil

Method

  1. Drizzle oil in frying pan
  2. Season meat and fry in a frying pan chicken/beef/pork (perfect for pork)
  3. Remove meat and rest somewhere hot
  4. Add sliced onions and mushrooms, colour lightly
  5. Add double cream to thicken
  6. A good helping of Wholegrain mustard - start with 2 teaspoons, add to taste
