Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- Salt & Pepper
- Sliced Onions
- Sliced mushrooms
- Wholegrain mustard
- Double Cream
- Oil
Method
- Drizzle oil in frying pan
- Season meat and fry in a frying pan chicken/beef/pork (perfect for pork)
- Remove meat and rest somewhere hot
- Add sliced onions and mushrooms, colour lightly
- Add double cream to thicken
- A good helping of Wholegrain mustard - start with 2 teaspoons, add to taste
