Pepper Sauce
Ingredients
- Oil
- Peppercorns
- Worcester sauce
- Oxo or beef stock cube
- Double cream
- Salt
Method
Pepper sause for beginners
Easy n tasty
- Drizzle a little oil on frying pan
- Season meat the fry (chicken,beef,pork) whatever you fancy.
- Remove meat and rest somewhere hot.
- Add crushed pepper corns to the juices in the pan (not too much as you can add more at end)
- Very good splash of Worcesters sauce
- Crush one oxo cube or beef stock cube
- Disolve in frying pan then add double cream slowly and heat to thicken.
- Taste add salt and crushed peppercorns to desired taste
Start to finish should take no longer than 3-5 minutes.
