Rossini Sauce
For use with Fillet Steak, Chicken, Duck,Veal, Pork or Lamb
Ingredients
- 50ml of Massala
- 1/2 Pint of demi glaze
- 2oz Smoth pate
- 1/2 Onion , finely chopped
Method
- Add the onions to a pan and cook for a few minutes
- Add the massala and simmer for a few minutes
- Add the demi glaze and bring to a simmer
- Add the pate and stir until dissolved
- Season to taste
