Stroganoff Sauce
For use with Beef, Chicken,Turkey, Pork, Veal and Lambs Liver
Ingredients
- 1oz Gherkins sliced
- 1/2 Onion sliced
- 1 Teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon of paprika
- 10mls brandy
- 1/4 Pint concasse
- 1/4 Pint cream(or low fat alternative)
Method
- Add the onion to a pan and cook for a few minutes
- Add the brandy and flame
- Add the paprika and cook for a few minutes
- Add the lemonjuice, concasse and cream
- Cook for a further 5-7 minutes and taste for seasoning
