White Wine and Parsley sauce

For use with chicken,pork veal and fish

Ingredients

  • 100mls of dry white wine
  • 1/2 onoin, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of chopped parsley
  • 1/2 pint of cream (or low fat alternative)

Method

  • Add a little oil to a pan then add the onoin and cook for a few minutes
  • Add the wine and reduce by half
  • Add the cream and bring to a simmer
  • Add the parsley
  • Seaon to taste
