White Wine and Parsley sauce
For use with chicken,pork veal and fish
Ingredients
- 100mls of dry white wine
- 1/2 onoin, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of chopped parsley
- 1/2 pint of cream (or low fat alternative)
Method
- Add a little oil to a pan then add the onoin and cook for a few minutes
- Add the wine and reduce by half
- Add the cream and bring to a simmer
- Add the parsley
- Seaon to taste
